Update glance configuration files and option references for Folsom

The glance configuration sample files and documentation configuration references should be updated for folsom.

Fixing this bug involves going through the sample config files in the glance repo @ https://github.com/openstack/glance/tree/master/etc

and updating their equivalents in /doc/src/docbkx/openstack-install/samples/

eg: correlate these

In addition, documents which have glance configuration sections such as the starter guide ( http://docs.openstack.org/essex/openstack-compute/starter/content/Glance_Config-d1a734.html) and the compute install guide (http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/yum/content/configure-glance-files.html) should be uppdated
