Volume API docs need update after 'guess device' changes

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/10908/12 introduced some changes in the volume API

Specifically:
This adds a new method to the rpcapi to validate a device name. It
also adds server_id to the volumes extension, since it was omitted
by mistake.

The volume-api docs need an update after this change

Will check with John Griffith on this to see if he can provide some info on what changes should be documented.

After checking with John, he let me know that this would change an argument to 'nova attach-volume'. The documentation needs to be updated indicating that the device name is not required with the attach-volume option. I'm thinking that this would be a change that needs to be made in more place than just the volume-api docs so I'm going to look at the install/admin guides to see where this would need to be updated.
