I'm not sure which package should I choose for this bug, but I found some similar issue with lxc chosen, so I just use lxc first here.
if you know the exact answer, feel free to change it.

Very unlikely to be lxc. I'm just moving this to Ubuntu for now so that it gets off the server team's list.

This could well be transient, since multiarch routinely gets upset during development cycles while packages are out of sync; this isn't a problem after release. Still needs investigation to confirm that though.

affects: lxc (Ubuntu) → ubuntu

It is a transient error when a new version of gcc is uploaded and versions are different on amd64 and armhf.
This test fails during the time it takes to finish building gcc on armhf and while amd64 is already available. I re-ran the test and it passed.

Victor, when this test fails with unmet dependencies, check if a new version of gcc or libc have been uploaded, go to the launchpad page these package, and verify that builds are available on both archs (successfully built, not building or failed)
