It is a transient error when a new version of gcc is uploaded and versions are different on amd64 and armhf.
This test fails during the time it takes to finish building gcc on armhf and while amd64 is already available. I re-ran the test and it passed.
Victor, when this test fails with unmet dependencies, check if a new version of gcc or libc have been uploaded, go to the launchpad page these package, and verify that builds are available on both archs (successfully built, not building or failed)
