Bug Description
If I have say 5 terminals open and then scale ("spread") them (Shift+Alt+Up), the fake titlebar that unity draws on top is sometimes slightly longer than the window itself. Maybe by just one pixel.

This is somewhat known, but I'm starting to think that the scale plugin gives out an invalid scale value...
Actually I also made unity to always build fake-decorations textures at real size, and use the GLMatrix transform to scale it using the scale value given by the scale window, and the issue is still there.
