Bug Description
With Desktop Effects enabled videos in Totem are black. VLC and Mplayer can show the movie, but when resized it also becomes black.

When Desktop-Effects is on Video doesn't play for me either for Totem, VLC or Mplayer. It works for a second If you wiggle the window but goes black immediately as the above bug says. This leads me to believe it is a refresh problem. I don't know what Video Card the other person uses but I have an Intel Card. My laspc -vv, lspci -vvn, dmesg, and xorg.conf are attached.
