dash is black after boot

Bug Description

The dash background is completely black and the ubuntu logo has a blue background
Changing the background fixes the problem till the next boot or unity --replace

I suspect this bug will be fixed by the new damage logic I am working on for Unity, including the dash:
lp:~vanvugt/unity/regionalDamage

But we won't know for sure until it's ready, committed, and a version of the new code is available for you to test.

I think this bug is caused by Nux revision 688. It looks like a shader issue and doesn't occur before that revision.

I think it's best we use bug 1067860 to deal with the regression in r688.

As I'm on Ubuntu 12.10 since Beta1 I can't say anything about the bug anymore sorry for that cause 12.10 never had that one.
