Bug Description
The dash background is completely black and the ubuntu logo has a blue background
Changing the background fixes the problem till the next boot or unity --replace

I suspect this bug will be fixed by the new damage logic I am working on for Unity, including the dash:
lp:~vanvugt/unity/regionalDamage
But we won't know for sure until it's ready, committed, and a version of the new code is available for you to test.
