Comment 2 for bug 1230166

Hi, I meant I found the bitbudget.desktop file, but the problem is still the same: bitbudget doesn't start, and the ~/.config/bitbudget is not to be found. help please??
Or is there any other download traffic controller, that someone can recommend??
