I don't think I have any unusual localisations, but this is much wider problem: it's not just in LO that window titles are missing when using the updated bamfdaemon- it's in ALL applications (along with app-switcher not working and window buttons missing), and the system is made absolutely unusable. (Do have a look at my previous post on what works and what does not. Essentially, using the old daemon everything worked, and with the updated one nothing does.)

I am reluctant to make major changes I cannot easily undo, but let me know exactly which packages to add and I'll have a go.

As mentioned before, the problem (LO not appearing in launcher, etc.) had pretty much gone away, but I had news of your fix, so I checked it out. I wouldn't be spending time on it for my own sake, but I am bothered that this apparent fix leaves everything so broken, and can't quite let it go.
