I did various tests, installing, opening different types of documents (not only open documents), unistalling, reinstalling and so...

1) Removing from command line works fine (force version in Synaptic is a pain and didn't work).
2) Ppa's solution works for icons on Launcher.

Is Bamf responsible for the integration of LibO menu in Unity menu? I couldn't figure it out at what point LibO menu stop integrating to Unity menu.
