Binary package hint: audacity

Upstream released 1.3.6 (currently 1.3.5 in hardy, intrepid, jaunty).
Request for update in jaunty and backport to hardy, intrepid.

In particular, this release fixes the bug in "Get Noise Profile", as explained here:
