There is line: !define BootMenuTitle "Ubuntu-Linux"
It seems latest Wubi installer and wubi-cdboot.exe from bzr (rev385) doesn't change this line when I choose different distro, for example Kubuntu during installation - so, Windows boot menu entry always is "Ubuntu-Linux".
This bugreport is about *automatic* writing selected distro version (Ubuntu,Kubuntu,Xubuntu,UbuntuStudio,Baltix, etc) and, if possible, distro release, into Windows Boot menu (boot.ini file).
So, why you set Status of this bug to "Fix committed" ? Maybe you committed fix in different branch of wubi (I've tested with gutsy branch)
