Bug Description
The physical format of the Dash (windowed or full screen) should be stateful across sessions. For example if a user makes their Dash full screen, the next time they open the dash after re-booting their computer it should be displayed full screen.
This bug is also intended to cover filter format state e.g. which filters are expanded and collapsed. However the filter selections themselves e.g. the options you have selected should *not* be stateful across sessions.

This is not an issue on my current Oneiric install. Dash does indeed remember its state on reboot/re-login.
