Fixed issue #1382: Chronosphere.BlastSrc should be played at source location now. Chronoshifted iron-curtained units no longer crush themselves (Chapeau, Westwood!).
Fixed issue #1392: Nighthawks and deployed Siege Choppers should sink when chronoshifted into water.
Added a log message to be displayed in the event a ICBM power up crate is collected and there is no nuke type SW.
