Chronoshifted deployed Siege Choppers and landed Nighthawks will not sink

Bug Description

The old known bug of deployed Siege Choppers and Nighthawks not sinking when chronoshifted into water.

##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE #####
Deploy a Siege Chopper / land a Nighthawk somewhere. Chronoshift them into a puddle. They will not sink. Siege Choppers are able to undeploy and Nighthawks can take off normally.

##### ADDITIONAL INFORMATION #####
If a JumpJet=yes unit is chronoshifted into water, it should sink. (Units being in the air can't be chronoshifted and should thus stay unaffected.)

Fixed issue #1382: Chronosphere.BlastSrc should be played at source location now. Chronoshifted iron-curtained units no longer crush themselves (Chapeau, Westwood!).
Fixed issue #1392: Nighthawks and deployed Siege Choppers should sink when chronoshifted into water.

Added a log message to be displayed in the event a ICBM power up crate is collected and there is no nuke type SW.

Manual corrected and updated. (Additional update on the SidebarPCX tag.)

Related to issue #1392: Only sink SpeedType=Hover units. All others should already sink and we shouldn't really interfere with that. Manual updated.

Changed the ICBM crate failure Log call to FatalErrorAndExit, just like DCoder proposed.
