 It is easy to imagine a unit being coded with more then two weapons, without being over powered. For example, a modern tank can carry multiple types of ammunition, in addition to a number of support guns. Obviously YR doesn't lend itself to realism, but it does have room to expand. A tank with HEAT and Anti-personnel rounds could still do well with AA missiles or a support gun. The situation gets worse with non-combat 'weapons' using weapon slots. (Think of the original Mirage Tank)
