Perhaps you could rotate which support option you highlight on the installer with each release.
askubuntu -> forums -> LP -> IRC -> wiki -> other ?
That way you sort of cover all the bases as it seems many people who install Ubuntu are repeat offenders and would likely appreciate a change of scenery from time to time =)
