And you should replace BUS with the actual bus number of your device,
if you are not sure what is, please post out the output of 'lsusb -vv'.
If the above still doesn't work, please post output of 'dmesg' here, then
I can see if the command has been run successfully.

I think you should try the steps below:
# modprobe hid-multitouch hid_multitouch/ drivers/ hid\:hid- multitouch/ new_id
# echo "BUS 0408 3008 104" >
/sys/module/
And you should replace BUS with the actual bus number of your device,
