this was my first iso testing.... and I didnt really understand the answer.... is it a relevant bug? is it already reported and my bug marked as duplicate?

Bug description:
  With mate, simply asking it to go into OEM mode does not require all
  extra steps. No need to update, no need to write DVDs. Simp,y set up
  the computer so that when re-started it asks basic details and is
  usable for a new user.
