[Ubuntu Mate] Installer doesn't gather information

With mate, simply asking it to go into OEM mode does not require all extra steps. No need to update, no need to write DVDs. Simp,y set up the computer so that when re-started it asks basic details and is usable for a new user.

I've just completed an OEM set using the daily ISO images for Ubuntu MATE and Ubuntu. They behave identically, and other than LP: #1508865, they both work correctly.
