geocode-from-address / address-from-geocode is dead

As far as I can make out, the Yahoo webservice which used to support these functions in the data-cleaning module is simply no longer there. "where.yahooapis.com" doesn't even resolve. The only information I can find about them is that it might have been part of the Yahoo Maps API, which was shut down in 2011.

These functions should either be updated to some other webservice (if available), or removed.

Yahoo! has defenetli discontinued the service named "Yahoo! PlaceFinder".
Altrnatively, they now have a commercial service with more or less the same functionality, although with a slighly different API:

There's also a free alternative from Yahoo, associated to YQL Tables but limited to 2000 requests per day.
Again, the API is slighty different, and we would have to re-write these geocoding functions in order to use the new API.
