Comment 4 for bug 1070998

Markos wrote the test_hashmaps.cpp file, not me. For *my* unit test file test_unordered_map.cpp, I correctly do *not* compile it if the C++ implementation provides its own unordered map.

This is Markos' bug, not mine.
