Dialogs like the Task List or the Notebook Search can be opened per Notebook simultaneously. But two Task Lists only differ in their icons in the upper left corner of their windows. The newest default theme in Ubuntu even hides this icon. And the reporter of bug 298047 proposes to always should the zim icon there.

This is why I'd like to propose that (optimally every) Zim dialog shows the name of the Notebook it belongs to in its window title. E.g:
"Search MyNotebook - Zim" instead of just "Search - Zim" or
"Task List of MyNotebook - Zim" instead of just "Task List - Zim"
