One question about the mock ups here. When we put a form on the top of the page, do we want the form to stay there while scrolling (so separate form from the scrolling text), or is the form part of the page and does it scroll with the rest of the page?

Reason of asking is that this determines quite a bit of the implementation.

One advantage of not scrolling the form is that it would clearly separate this as a special part of the page. Disadvantage is that the size of the form will determine the minimal window size, so large forms can not be formatted nicely.

If form is part of the page it would essentially be a special inline object. Not unlike a field list in restructured text, but with some special widgets.
