Comment 1 for bug 411399

We can send out a dict like
{
 "nie:type" : "nie:comment"
 "nie:uri" : "zeitgeist/path/to/comment"
 "nie:title" : " This is a sample comment"
}
of course the ontoogy is not right but u get my point ?
