Comment 1 for bug 121325

This issue is about the old pre-eggs buildout that grokproject generated. However, the issue is still valid, because if your Python executable is located in a directory with spaces (e.g. C:\Program Files\Python24\python.exe), the generated scripts won't work because they're lacking double quotes.

This is really a buildout issue, so I'm changing the affected project to that.
