Click on "Administer System" -> "Report Views" and then "Edit" under
"SDMX-HD Export: Health workers per facility".

Then click "Edit Display Options" -> "Export Options" -> "XSL
Transforms" -> "Existing XSL Transforms"

I dragged the lower right hand corner of the "Definition" box down so
everything was in view and I got this screenshot.

Can you do the same?
