have a look at the attached script. There is for sure a problem when spheres collide with facets. However, the behaviour is very strange and the problem does not appear always. If you have a look at the plot of the script you will see that the problem appears at the fourth collision. Actually I tried to play as well with the damping coefficient and the time step and for some configurations there is no problem (e.g. use dc=0.1).
In addition you can change the parameters in the script and you can see that the behaviour is very strange if the sphere collides with corners as well (e.g. use b=0, change z...).
Well, this is very strange, any comments? And regarding this bug, I think we should change the priority and fix it is asap.
