Reproducible on NB DELL Latitude D420 with Ubuntu 12.04 Precise

lspci |grep -i vga tells: 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)

Please fix this hell or provide workaround, all applications have missing lines in the fonts, from terminal window to presentations and that does not look good but strange.
