Also noticed similiar problem on Foxconn Nettop D510 - system has a
phantom screen, i.e. look at monitor settings and it shows the real
monitor as "Monitor 2" and "Monitor 1" (aka the primary) is
nonexistent but appears.
On boot up the screen is blank as it is driving the phantom monitor.
