Comment 104 for bug 47775

I tried to compile the upstream git head version of xf86-video-ati on Dapper, but gave up after several hours of fighting automake/aclocal.

I'll try to build it on edgy and see if it fixes the crashes for me. Maybe first I'll wait until edgy's X actually crashes.
