USB keyboard lag

Bug Description

The USB keyboard connected to my laptop works normally in bios and grub but after booting Ubuntu I have to wait for at least 30 seconds before it works.

(This bug should have other project selected but 1) I don't know which, there is so much of them, 2) I can't do that right now because I can use only half of my screen because of other bug.)

please use 'ubuntu-bug xorg' to report this issue. This could be a driver issue not a Unity bug anyways
