Top panel icons doesn't respond (with debug data)

Only the clock and the icons to the very right work, to open others (like the screen configuration or bluetooth configuration) I have to first select clock or me menu in order to be able to view context menu of the other icons.
The systray is whilelisted. The tray icons sometimes show, and sometimes just dissapear. Restarting apps that have this problem doesn't help. Restarting Unity - does, for a while.
