the combination of bug 218202, bug 403472 and bug 182421 would form a great papercut. Despite it being three bugs at once that are not dupes, I think the work should be doable for an experienced programmer in one day or less. And it's certainly quite embarassing that Linux OSes can't properly deal with the numlock key and LED.
