I installed the latest Ubuntu 20.04 daily today (Feb. 2, 2020). The installation went fine and I created a user "minime". After reboot the login screen is displayed. However, after logging in, the login screen is displayed again. There are no error messages or anything.

When I switch to the console, I can perform the login on the console.

I hope the attached copy of the syslog file will help to find the issue. My last failed login attempt was around "Feb 2 14:12:50".
