I've commented previously on this bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/xorg-server/+bug/111257/comments/37) after I filed a similar one affecting my Feisty install and my Matrox Millenium card. As best I can tell, that card uses the mga driver.

Seems like everyone else here is having this issue with Intel hardware.

Is anyone else using the mga driver affected by this bug? Should my bug report really be marked as a dupe of this one if I'm not using the intel driver?
