Comment 42 for bug 90261

Bug definitely still exists in Hardy (on amd64 arch in this case).

Workaround given in https://bugs.launchpad.net/xfce4-mixer/+bug/90261/comments/35 worked for me. I set up a custom key mapping, same as default key mapping but minus the media keys, and it just started working.
