The desktop file, /usr/share/applications/xdiagnose.desktop references a non-existent icon. The line currently reads:
"Icon=/usr/share/xdiagnose/media/icon.png"
but there is no "media" directory in /usr/share/xdiagnose, and hence no icon.png. xdiagnose needs packaging with an icon. This affects all desktop environments, including Unity and Gnome Shell.
