Comment 7 for bug 497643

The add transaction button will now flash if there are no transactions in the current account, just like the account button if there are no accounts. Hopefully this will make it discoverable. I hope once it is discovered, it is simple and easy to use, but if not please let me know as I'd love to hear any suggestions on improving/stream-lining the workflow for adding transactions.
