Comment 1 for bug 497630

I tried using the Move(Before|After)InTabOrder functions in all the ways I could think of and that didn't fix the issue. There must be something grabbing the tab event, but I'm not sure what. It doesn't seem to be the function which handles the arrow keys as I added a print statement in to print the keycode, and nothing is printed for the Tab key, so it isn't even getting to that. How mysterious, especially since it worked in 0.5 I believe!
