This message is issued for every partition that doesn't contain wubildr in its root. It searches all partitions and issues "Try (hdx,y): <file system type>:" and then appends "no wubildr" iif it doesn't find (hdx,y)/wubildr, and then continues to the next. So it's normal to see e.g. "Try (hd0,0): NTFS5: No wubildr"

If it doesn't find it in all partitions then it issues a different message "grldr not found" (probably an old grub4dos hardcode). If you are using r200 then it's probably locking up when it finds the wubildr anyway.
