wubi test case wdi-002 and wdi-003 stop on grub

When I try test case wdi-002 on virtualbox the system jams on grub ...
and doesn't start
"3 the automated install will now install Linux for you"

Please try this with http://people.canonical.com/~evand/wubi/lucid/wubi-r176.exe - revision 174 should have fixed this bug.

No... I've downloaded the file, I've installed it into windows, and I've rebooted, but the grub stop newly

It might be simplest to wait until there's a new daily build to test.

I had patched that in my local branch but somehow forgot to push to the public repo (http://cia.vc/stats/author/Agostino%20Russo/.message/1334c), apologies for the inconvenience, in any case Colin's patch is very similar, and I can confirm that it fixes this issue.

not sure whats up with this but here thats the error i keep getting
