Bug Description
With intrepid alpha 4 release, wubi successfully install ubuntu inside Windows, but when it reboot the system so ubuntu can install inside the loop-mounted file, ubuntu just don't boot and get to initramfs. usplash have the time to appears during a few seconds before it drops to initramfs busybox prompt.
This bug has been reproduced with latest Intrepid alpha 4 release on 2 different computers.

I had the same problem. I assumed that it was having trouble locating the CD to complete the installation. Not sure what it is worth but on my machine I was able to fix the problem by removing an unused adaptec SCSI card (no actual SCSI devices attached).
