I've added /m in regexp and removed $* into these functions:
- sub run
- htParseMulti()
- htParseSimple()
- formatHtm2Txt()
- FETCH()
- cgiHtml()

TODO
sub wbGrepRecords, sub recValidate
and functions called with both multiline ($*) and single line, i.e. recFromRow() and evalSafe()
