Hey Antonio,

Could this be the keyboard indicator?

Hello Zisu Andrei,

I highly doubt it because I uninstalled "wingpanel-indicator-keyboard" from the system. (I didn't enjoy the extra space)

And this bug it's not consistent as, sometimes it isn't there and after a update or a killall wingpanel it reappears.

After running wingpanel on debug mode I got the following output:
Could it be the "Sample Indicator"?

I think this may be related to adding extra indicators, eg: on the guest session this bug doesn’t appear by default, but in my session (where I have transmission, megasync and glippy loading at startup) always appear.

Note: I can reproduce this in the guest session by loading extra indicators and restart wingpanel.

I have noticed this as well. I have Dropbox, TeamViewer, MEGA, and InSync installed on the machine I have seen it on. Those each have their own Ayatana indicator.

It's possible it only appears after closing one of those apps, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

It resolves it for me, but there may be different problems at play here.
