Steps:
1. Installed v1.0.0.0 using installer
2. Started elevated cmd.exe (as Administrator)
3. Launched Win32DiskImager.exe

Result:
Win32DiskImager.exe appears in the process list for a short amount of time but then exits.
It does not produce any output.
