You are right. However this is a pure graphics problem. The menu pictures of the citadel (global/militarysites/citadel.barbarians/menu.png) and the fortress were not updated, when the new animations were added - these should be updated.

It's alright, that the stronghold is shown, as this building is still available (just not buildable). The final decision whether it will be removed or used as a campaign building is still not done.
