Comment 6 for bug 886572

Okay, I accept the regression tag... I also have an idea where this comes from, but it is not related to the speed improvements but rather to building programs: I noticed that if one fails it is immediately restarted. I guess this could be the regression and I might have introduced it with the stock levels. I'll investigate.
