Bug Description
"Idle" should mean "there is currently nothing to do". So an "Idle" animation that gets triggered by that state should
show the house or worker in questions doing leisure time activities or being bored. (reading a newspaper, picking one's nose, drinking.
There is however another condition with working cycles called "sleeping" that inapproriately now often uses the "Idle" animation. There should be a corresponding state "sleeping" and the animations for it may show closing doors or shutters on windows, fires burning low, play snoring sounds, or simply a static picture of the house with no activity, that must not show the worker at all, or show him in a sleeping position.
