The real trouble with this is at the low range.
I dont care so much whether it's 80% or 100%, but
0% is always a cause to check for the reason and
with the "because not economy needs"
many buildungs (kiln, woodhardener etc. go to 0% if
you are not currently in the process of expanding
That is why I'd be happier with more precise numbers.
Of course I was thinking that they were the result of a calulation
not estimation, and only rounded to prevent flickering on the display.
However in the light of the new information it makes no sense.
Perhaps just leave it as is, and really go for a "not connected"
indicator (like status displayed in red, instead of yellow?)?
